- Three peaks of cards sit above a base row; only fully uncovered cards are playable.
- Remove any exposed card that is one rank higher or lower than the card on top of the waste pile. Suit does not matter.
- Aces wrap both ways, so you can play a King onto an Ace or an Ace onto a King.
- When you are stuck, flip a card from the stock to the waste and keep the chain going.
- Clear all 28 peak cards to win the deal.

- Build the longest run you can. Before tapping, scan for chains like 5-6-7-8 that let you sweep several cards in one sequence without spending the stock.
- Protect your stock. Every stock card is a lifeline. If you can keep a chain alive with board cards, do it, and save the stock for when the board has nothing left.
- Open the peaks evenly. Uncovering all three peaks at a balanced pace keeps more cards in play and prevents one peak from stranding the others.
- Prioritize cards that uncover two. A card sitting at a junction often frees two cards beneath it, so clear those before isolated ones.
- Plan around wraps. The Ace-King wrap is worth saving, so hold an Ace or King in the waste position when it bridges a gap in your run.
- Look before you flip. Once you draw from the stock you cannot undo the board state in a real game, so exhaust board moves first.
- Clear peak tips early. The single top cards of each peak unblock the most, so prioritize the chains that reach them.
