If your game progress appears differently on two separate devices, you may be encountering a synchronization issue. Follow the steps below to resolve this:
Step 1: Check Your Internet Connection #
- Ensure your internet connection is stable. If you’re using mobile data, try switching to Wi-Fi for a more reliable connection.
- Make sure your device isn’t in Airplane Mode or otherwise limiting internet access.
Step 2: Verify Account Sign-In #
- Confirm that you’re signed into the same social account (Google, or Facebook) on both devices. Your game progress is linked to this account, so it’s essential that both devices are connected to the same one.
Step 3: Refresh Your Game #
If your progress is still not synced, try refreshing the game with the following steps:
- Open the game on the device where the progress isn’t synced.
- Tap the Gear icon
on the top right of the game
- Select Save Progress
- Verify that you’re connected to the correct social account.
- Close the game.
- Wait for 5 minutes.
- Reopen the game and check if your progress is now synced.
